Appetizer:

Sweet potato crepes wrapped around tender duck and herb cream cheese.

Citrus saucy scallops seared with a tangy viniagrette.

Crabby criminis stuffed with cheddar, mushroom, and onion.

Soup or Salad:

Bibb lettuce with green goddess dressing, blue cheese, and carmelized pearl onions.

Curried pumpkin soup with a hint of nutmeg.

Entrees:

Spot prawns and chanterelles:  Pan seared santibella pink prawns and chanterelle mushrooms with a light mascapone sauce and herb risotto.

Chef's Hanger Steak:  Grilled to order with a horseradish beet relish, shoestring potatoes and onions.

Coq au vin:  A french classic of slow cooked chicken with wine, vegetables, and a hint of cognac.
