SAMPLE MENU:

Appetizers:

Shrimp and Lobster Ravioli: Homemade ravioli served with a safron cream and our creamy fra diablo sauces.  $8.95

Fire Cracker Shrimp:  6 Fried Shrimp tossed in Thai Chili Oil.  Drizzled with a sweet soy sauce. $7.95

Tuna Poke:  Fresh Seared Tuna, garlic, onion, and cilantro, tossed with soy sauce and seasame oil.  $7.95

Soups:

Spinach Bisque:  Fresh spinach, onion, garlic, and fresh herbs finished with cream and white wine.

Cauliflower and Goat Cheese Soup:  Local Goat cheese blended with a cauliflower puree and cream.  Finished with fresh parsley.

Entrees:

Chef's Lasagna:  Homemade 3 cheese lasagna with ricotta, mozzarella, and goat cheese.  Set with a fresh garden salad.  $11.95

Chicken Parmesan:  Lightly breaded chicken breasts fried and topped with marinara and parmesan cheese.  Resting on a bed of linguine tossed in marinara.  $13.95

Surf and Turf:  Char grilled sirloin steak and jumbo shrimp set with mashed potatoes and vegetables.  Drizzled with red wine demi glace.  $18.95

Crusted Ahi:  Hand cut Ahi Tuna Steaks with wasabi pea crusted pan seared and served over jasmine rice and vegetables.  $17.95

Smoked Babybacks:  Babyback ribs hickory smoked and finished in our special Legend Brown Ale BBQ Sauce.  $12.95
