The Black Bear Bistro is currently looking for experienced restaurant leaders to help build and grow our business. We are seeking self-motivated, energetic, and passionate individuals for both the FOH and BOH.
OPENING FOH MANAGER and FOH MANAGER:
These two positions are both full time and will be 5 days or 5 rights respectively. The FOH Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the FOH Customer Service, Cleanliness, Staffing Levels, Systems, and Procedures. Compensation for this position is an hourly rate plus a percentage of sales.
PIZZA KITCHEN LEADER/ MANAGER: This position is full time and schedule may change slightly to accommodate staffing needs. This person will be responsible for all aspects of a wood-fired pizza oven kitchen. Pizza experience and leadership experience are preferred, kitchen experience is required.
LINE COOKS AND PIZZA COOKS: Looking for full or part time cooks for both our full service kitchen line and our wood-fired pizza line. Experience is preferred, but will train the right individual.
SERVERS AND BARTENDERS: Looking for full or part time servers and bartenders. Again, experience is preferred, but will train the right individuals.
